These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FullSweep SEO app for Shopify ("the app"), operated by Closiist Corporation, doing business as "FullSweep" ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. The service
FullSweep SEO generates and publishes SEO copy for your Shopify products, blog posts, and pages. The app presents suggested changes as a before/after diff and only publishes changes you approve. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before publishing them.
2. AI-generated content & your responsibility
Copy is generated using artificial intelligence (Claude, provided by Anthropic). AI can make mistakes, and generated copy may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your store. You are solely responsible for reviewing every suggestion before it is published and for all content you choose to publish. The app presents each suggested change as a before/after diff, and nothing is published without your approval. You are advised to independently verify the accuracy and suitability of any optimization before and after it goes live.
3. No guarantee of results; performance disclaimers
You acknowledge and agree that we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding search-engine rankings, traffic, sales, conversion, advertising performance, or any other outcome arising from your use of the app. Without limiting the foregoing, you specifically acknowledge that:
- Results take time. Search engines re-index and re-rank content on their own schedules; any effect of optimized copy on search visibility or sales may take a meaningful period to appear, if it appears at all.
- Advertising may be temporarily affected. Optimizing your catalog changes underlying product content, which can temporarily reduce advertising efficiency and cause connected advertising platforms to re-enter a learning or calibration phase, which may last approximately two to four weeks. This effect is more pronounced when a large volume of items is optimized in a short period.
- Product mix may shift. Merchants with large catalogs may experience a change in the variety or distribution of products sold within a few weeks of a broad optimization. Such shifts are a normal consequence of updating product content and are not a defect in the app.
- Timing and scope are within your control. You decide which items to optimize and when. We recommend considering the timing and volume of large or bulk optimizations in light of the effects described above.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- generate copy for sexually explicit or pornographic content, or any content prohibited by Shopify's or Anthropic's usage policies;
- infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of any third party;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
5. Plans, billing & usage
The app offers a free trial and paid plans. Paid and metered charges are processed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plan limits, per-action pricing, and overage rates are shown in the app. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the app or Shopify admin; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already incurred, except where required by law.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party services (Shopify, Anthropic, and our hosting provider) whose availability is outside our control.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closiist Corporation (DBA FullSweep) and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, including any effect on your search rankings, advertising performance, or sales.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Data handling after uninstall is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
